You already know her

The version of you who shows up when your imagination is alive. The one who doesn't apologise before she speaks. Who knows what she wants and doesn't make it smaller before she says it. Who looks in the mirror and recognises the woman looking back.

She's not fictional. She's not a character you borrowed. She's you, without the filter.

Right now, she comes alive when your imagination lights up, and she goes back to sleep when it ends. You feel her arrive, fully present, fully YOURS... and then she's gone. And you reach for the next thing that makes her wake up again.

What if she just stayed?

Not because you consumed more. Because your body learned something new about who you are and what you deserve, and it stuck.

What this is

Your body responds to your imagination as if it's real. The same neurochemistry fires. The same nervous system arcs run. The same healing happens. You already know this. You've felt it in your chest, your breath, your skin.

The problem isn't that the feeling isn't real. It's that it doesn't stay. It floods in, you feel everything, and then it drains. And you're back to the same kitchen, the same Tuesday, reaching for the next one.

Fantasy as Medicine teaches you how to read it. On purpose. So the loops close, the feeling stays, and the version of you who comes alive in your imagination stops disappearing when the story ends.

A seven-week course about learning to read your body's responses to your imagination, understanding what they're telling you, and using them on purpose. Whether that imagination shows up while you're reading, listening, daydreaming, or in a conversation you've never told anyone about. This is neuroscience, not vibes. And your body already knows the way.

What you'll cover

I release one module per week. You work through it at your own pace. If your feedback lands before the next release, it shapes what comes next. If you need more time, take it. Your experience matters either way.

What becomes possible

You stop waiting to be asked what you need. You start asking for it, because you recognised you deserve it.

You notice your body responding to something and instead of shame, you get curious.

You stop reaching for the next hit because the last one actually landed somewhere.

You have actual words for what you feel. Not "I don't know, it's just... a lot." Real words. Yours.

You choose something purely for yourself and you don't explain it to anyone.

The gap between who you are when your imagination is alive and who you are on a Tuesday morning gets smaller. Until one day you can't find it anymore.

This is not a promise. This is what becomes possible when you start using your imagination on purpose.

How it works

This is for you if

What you might be wondering

"Do I have to share personal stuff with strangers?"
No. No live calls. No group confessions. Nobody will ask you what you were reading at 2am or why it made you cry. This is you, your body, and the work. That's it.

"Will this ruin the thing I love?"
No. Read for pleasure. Listen for fun. Enjoy it. Always. This isn't about turning the thing you love into homework. But when you notice you're looping... reaching for the next hit before the last one's landed... that's when this work meets you. Pleasure first. Always.

Who am I?

Radha Wilson Jeffries

I'm Radha. Former midwife. I spent a decade watching women apologise for their bodies, then I spent the next decade figuring out why we do that to ourselves.

Fantasy as Medicine came from my own experience. I noticed that my body was responding to my imagination in ways that felt more like healing than entertainment. I started tracking it. Twelve cycles of data. Hundreds of hours of paying attention. What I found was a pattern so consistent it couldn't be coincidence, and a mechanism so well-documented in neuroscience that I couldn't believe nobody was teaching it.

Your imagination is the most sophisticated healing tool your nervous system has. I'm here to hand it back.
